Q: What is the short term vision of EcuMedical Resources?
A: Our vision is to help Canadians by providing options for more advanced health care. This means finding the doctors, technology and facilities out of the country. This means paying out of pocket, however. This is not for everyone in need, however, for everyone who steps out of the queue, the situation is improved for at least one who must remain in the queue.
Q: Your short term vision seems to be against the Canadian system, almost anti-Canadian?
A: That is ludicrous; our team is as Canadian as “hockey”, eh! We are devoted to helping find alternatives to help alleviate stress from the burdened system. We are as concerned for the individual Canadians, who are looking for options and are willing to pay and who will think of it as an investment into their families, not as a cost. Quite often waiting is not an option. We try to expedite the need. If trying to improve Canadian lives, or save Canadian lives is anti-Canadian, I must say that problem lies with the thinker not EcuMedical Resources International.
EcuMedical Resources International is an international patient referral company and "we are about EMPOWERMENT". We provide choices for many who felt they had none. Alternative health care options that allow the people who need the care to make decision that are right for them. Our specialty is getting Canadians the health care they need... when they need it.
Each new day brings morning newspapers inundated with headlines revealing more and more about the ever growing problems with the Canadian Health Care System. Various reports have numbers reaching just shy of 1.5 million people who continue to wait for surgeries and other medical procedures.
This ''wait your turn'' mentality has left many Canadians feeling fearful and confused. Most believe there is no alternative to waiting and for those that do, are not sure where to begin. ERI has helped Canadians from all over the country obtain everything from critically needed diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT and PET), to life saving surgeries and all procedures in between. The fruits of our labour are restored lives free from pain, family units rejuvenated and loved ones saved.
Whether it be a procedure that can be handled by a private clinic in Canada or one that requires the attention of our many fully accredited health care facilities in the United States, our purpose is to find you not only timely health care, but the best health care available.
