Dr. Sam Bailey, PhD, has been involved in the field of spine surgery for over a decade. Dr. Bailey has a wide array of business interests, but one of his true passions is helping people to overcome their back pain using endoscopic spine surgery techniques. Sam and his wife, Annette Lipsky Bailey, co-founded Lipsky-Bailey Consultants in 1994. The business has generated over $100 million in business for specialty surgeons through 225 seminars with over 20,000 attendees to date. Lipsky-Bailey is a medical consultant business that specializes in seminars for doctors and surgeons.
Dr. Bailey has joined EcuMedical Resources International to help bring the message about endoscopic spine surgery to the thousands of Canadians suffering with back pain on waiting lists, and to let everyone know about the superior benefits of endoscopic (minimally invasive) spine surgery.
